Repping 3+ plated weighted dips genuinely shows your upper body strength. No bloated bench presser can do it.

Went from 0 chest to pretty decent chest after i subbed all presses out for weighted dips. theyre also way better for pushing failure safely and doing controlled eccentrics beyond failure

dips were one of my favorites at the gym cuz i looked MOGGER ASF doing them.. they were right at the entrannce so anyone walking by would see my MOGGER chest PULSATING through my fucking gym shirt MY FUCKING MASSIVE PUMPED SQUARE PECS AND HUGE FUCKING TRICEPS HOLY FUCK I MOGGED
