after going to gym, and whole day is free, i like to rep out some weighted pushups (since i can do 50+ in a row non weighted).
if i want to make it worthwhile and achieve hypertrophy doing this, how many reps should i be able to do in a row while weighted, since pushups are a pretty high vol exercise compared to bench for example as i cant load enough weight to do 6-8 reps on my back?
