So guys,
I am 26, NW 2 and I am currenty at my third year of gymmaxing.

My physique is shaping up nicely, by the time summer comes and if I keep this intensity up I will probably look pretty sick since I couldnt train much shoulders due to a covid 19 vaccine related injury (got cucked).

In the past three months Ive been going harder and seeing some better results, but my hair density I must admit that it has slightly decreased.
Around October I was seriously accusing "overtraining". Felt constantly tired, head dizzy short temper etc (i was even abt to lose my job) and I was constantly horny too getting boners left and right...
After some deload I now feel better, but im scared that if I keep this intense route I'll end up thinning. 6 months ago I would never have sayed I was thinning, but now I am suspicious.

Thoughts?

I do not go to gym. I am just talking about some acquaintances i know started gymcelling as nw1, now they are more norwood than me while i am still the same.

The age of these ppl is between 21 and 26. 4 ppl tbh. but its hard enough to find nw1 who started gymcelling,(u see them years later with buffer body but more norwood too)

Maybe its mpb, in this case finasteride. Other option is that with exercise you should have increased your vitamins and minerals intake, and if u didnt u may be suffering from deficiency

with fin i heard stories of people shedding during their first year and never grew it back im mostly scared about that
Finasteride lowers your DHT, which is the main reason for hair loss in men. DHT levels are elevated with anaerobic exercises such as bodybuilding and weightlifting.
Whoever told you that anecdote might have experienced hair loss due to other factors.

While Finasteride does have potential side effects that you might want to research, hair loss is not one of them.

on the tressless subreddit ive seen many posts of people saying that they have shed after 6 months and some even a seocnd time after 12, with other redditors reassuring them saying thats how fin works for some

You shouldn't trust tressless, just by posting on tressless you're already hyperselecting for certain experiences considering

like 20% of the balding population uses reddit

65% of those 20% probably just let their hair go or spam minoxidil

And I would reckon a further 80% of the balding population who uses reddit and cares about their hair just pop their finasteride once a day and forget about it

eventually you're left with maybe like the 0.3% of the balding population who care about their hair enough to post on reddit and has had a noteworthy/extraordinary enough experience to get enough upvotes on the sub.

Finasteride is more mainstream than you think and most people just pop it and forget it with minimal/no side-effects

COVID 19 VACCINE INJURY

It’s over for you already just try to enjoy what little time you have left.

Again no correlation here

Fina+minox+Derma as soon as you start losing your hair. Unless your hair loss is age appropriate, widow peaks in your mid 40s is fine, just not before.

For those that don't know:
Finasteride: prevent further loss.
Minoxidil: regrows hair, useless without fina or other DHT blocker.
Derma: increase efficiency of the other two.

yeah hop on minoxidil or fin before its too late

so over for me i might need fin more for prostate than hairs

I used to think this too until I met my coworker who has dense Norwood 0 and is a gymrat. It truly is genetic lottery.

im nw3 at 24 too scared to take the jewish drug i kinda accept it that im bald i will shave my head bald in few months kinda tired at looking at hair its just dont look good anymore .
