i just hit 135 for reps, couldn’t even do 75lbs for reps when i started, so i’m pretty happy ngl

I get 0.8 but i dont understand why niggas eat a shit load of fucking protein

Niggas fall for the memes and jewish fitness industry that wants u to buy protein supplements because they make millions. Truth is if you eat a normal healthy balanced diet with decent protein sources u are fine especially as a beginner u don't need to track every protein

i had this retard telling me i needed 200 grams of protein+, and i weigh 149 rn. almost fell for it.
