Ok this is last one I’m making about fatloss I’ve made like 10 threads about weightloss give me everything I need to know about a weightloss
i weight 76kgs and 175cm at 15 I don’t want my growth to stop soo if maintenance is 3000 how many cals should I eat the healthiest way what about a 500 cal deficit? But it’ll take over 8months which is a lot HOLYSHIT will I make muscles in that 8months? please give me everything I need to know im tired of making threads about weightloss while being a fatass forever i cant afford Reta or any other supplements and what ai should i use for help ChatGPT is ass thanks to everyone.

wdym its so slow just look in botb or smth theres so much info about it but if u dont do any fucking research u dont deserve to lose weight.

and weight loss is so easy js be in a caloric deficit boyo

8 Months is nothing lmao wtf? Eat in a deficit, get lean, eat clean (red meat, eggs, raw milk, etc.)

Once you get lean, never get fat again. Simple as that if you want success in your teen years.

Eat 2500 calories, walk 3 miles a day. Very simple

You're not gonna fuck up, 2000 calories is an adult level of calories.

You only dont grow when your body lacks energy, 2000 calories is more than enough energy to grow, Fat is also a form of energy. You are overweight, your body will simply just use fat. Fat gets oxidised for you to lose weight but also can be used for other processes.

If you're also eating a sufficient amount of carbs and protein you will grow normally. There's too much cope about calories on this forum, All of the literature linked to calories and "energy" for growth is always linked to anorexia and anorexic body composition/weight.

Being skinny and deficiting will obviously be bad for growth, but you are fat, you won't halt your growth lol

I cba to link studies but google is easy to use, everything I'm saying is backed in the lit

He’s right about 2000 calories being a normal amount but my advice would be to stay at around 2250 - 2500 rather than around 2000 (you’ll probably be overestimating your calories anyway) since your maintenance right now is 3000.

Think of it this way; if you’re eating at 2000 cals make sure that’s the MINIMUM you consume rather than the maximum, and try not to go over it by a whole lot. At your age, getting in enough calories / getting proper nutrition is the most important thing you can do for your height.

You’ll lose the weight, don’t worry too much about that. Try to focus on your health indicators (hair, skin etc.) in the meantime as well. gl
