So i'm currently 85kg bw if i would lose it to 70kg would it ascend me? also`wouldn't that fuck up my hormones or smth? What kg i could get to so i look lean and don't fuck my hormones.

You’d be pretty lean if you reach 70kg and you are 190cm but honestly depends on your bones and other factors.

But you might aswell do it, personally I think leaning out is the best softmax anyone can do, if you aren’t already lean before
