How much weight do you reckon I could lose before going into anorexic territory? Currently 65 kg @ 179~cm tall

Would dropping down to 55 kg be too much?

Depends of your body composition.

I'm slightly taller than you and sitting at 68kg for 13-14% bodyfat.

To go down to 10% I must probably reach 60kg.It might appear low for someone at 181cm but it's just what being lean means.

im starting to think bar hopping on something like anavar I will not reach my target BF% without becoming severely anorexic
