ive been stuck at this weight for the last 2 years and i have a high metabolism (i know thats cope) and super picky eater.
any advice to increase appetite?

u cant increase appetite just forcefeed urself until it gets better

i eat until the verge of throwing up consistantly
also hitting atleast my bodyweight in protein or more daily, i just dont want to bulk super dirty and end up a fat chud.
