Ok so i was staying over at someone elses house idk why but then it changed to something else for a reason i forgot the pov switched from me to 3rd person of a doctor, it was in japan. so the doctor talked to some younger girl (early-mid 20s) on a train to go to work, trying to talk her out of getting plastic surgery, she said she might not but that she wants to look her best for her boyfriend, after that the doctor went to his work and saw the girl there, he had to perform the plastic surgery on her (idk why but the plastic surgery in this involved cutting open someones face/wherever they want to get enhanced and putting cotton inside of it) she wanted her eyes to look better so the doctor regretfully cut open her eyes and stuffed cotton behind them she said it looked good, then it cut to the next day. the doctor was going to work and saw that she wanted more plastic surgery this went on for i think five days but during those days she kept wanting more of it. by day 3 her eyes were disgustingly bulging out of her head a type of bulging that was clearly noticeable and stood out in a humongous crowd of people at day 5, the surgery was over and she said she would stop, as she got to what she wanted to look like. her eyes werent bulging or anything anymore and her face looked like a poor imitation of an anime character the doctor sighed in relief but just then her eyes fell out and all the cotton poured out of her face she was left looking like a saggy deflated corpse with no eyes. her neck was broken from the force so she had no neck and she looked like a blobby looking meat muffin after that the remainder of the body stood for what was like 30 seconds and after that it collapsed on the floor immediately and her face was bleeding for like 7 minutes and the doctor called the other doctors or paramedics and she was declared dead on the spot
