Weird chin shape from side

I have this weird sorta bumpy curved chin from the side, from the front it’s seems normal but when I turn to the side it suddenly is so round kind of like a double chin. Also it doesn’t „vanish“ through suction it just stays there.

I don’t think it’s downward growth since the curve is fat and I can just move it to side.
