These come from different "races"/breeds of chickens.

The white eggs are always from leghorns

It's the most famous type of chicken, also the breed mainly used for eggs in america.

In europe, the breed mainly used are red/brown breeds, which obviously give brown eggs, something like rhode islands, lohmanns or ISA browns. I'm not sure why europe and US breeds different chickens, but i already got very used to my brown eggs lol.

Blue/green eggs are rarer, but they're still very healthy and normal. Chickens like arkanas.

Your eggs having different colors is a very good sign, it most likely means the farmer that produced them has a healthy, diverse farm.
