Weird facial expressions when talking/laughing.

My upper lip is thin, but when I talk this happens: my upper lip becames almost invisible, but my palate shows through there, giving me a monkey look, that is also related to my maxilla. How can this be fixed? I could DM some pics, if you want. My down lip is alright, but my upper lip has some weird shapes when I smile: it makes me look monkey-ish. I want to fix this immediatly, not gonna lie. The dentist said that my teeth are alright so I don't know.

The only teeth that shows when I talk are my palate, and I have a palate with a gap, and it looks totally ugly and retarded when my maxilla goes monkey-ish. Can I average these features?
