I'm 5'11 morning height and I'm gonna be 17 in a couple weeks. My mom is 5'2 and my dad is 5'9. I started puberty at 13 but I didn't grow noticably for 2-3 yrs from early 14-16. Only recently at 16.5 yrs, I grew rapidly from 5'8 to 5'11.

During those spurt times, I was doing physical activity, as in sprinting and gym. I believe that played a role in actually helping me grow too, because before that, I was a lazy skinny dude who never played a sport and just was sedentary. As I'm typing this, I stopped doing this but I have to get back to this cycle and start doing it again cuz you Don't know when another spurt could happen.

I'm not a late bloomer clearly, because I started puberty at a normal age but I believe the gap of 2-3 yrs where nothing happened, potentially is going to make my puberty stretch longer. (Idk tho, just my take on it)

How should I maximize my remaining yrs and get to 6'1, I was thinking of posturemaxxing and improving my pelvic tilt, flared ribs and forward head posture.

If you have any suggestions for me, reply this thread.

Posturemaxxing is good, I had a similar experience except I actually started puberty late.

If you don't actually grow in height I'd just devote your height spinal decmopression and things like that

seems like you have a good base idea for it already, just keep eating in a somewhat surplus to boost ur body and build muscle, you rly dont want to be cutting if ur aiming to grow further. Eat well and sleep well and yes posture can play a big role but its more so you being the height you actually are instead of having a nerdneck that nerfs you if you get what im saying, but the other aspects you are also right on improving those should have a positive effect on ur height, but I wouldnt expect too much from it.

Honestly being honest with yourself is the best thing you can do. My two uncles are above 6,1 and i havent got their genes for height its unfortunate
