Weird idea of PFL/IPDmaxxing

So like we all know MLF3 and tripod osteotomy (tripod osteotomy is performed by dr Sinn but apparently @AleksVs claims to have it done in Russia together with MLF3 - unfourtnely i cannot talk to him since he is offline for over month) can increase both IPD and PFL by few milimeters. Unfourtnely our eyeballs arent same size, just try to stretch your eyelid and you will see emply place, if we increased PFL by 2-3mm it would look horrible because of no sclera there. I was thinking if we can implant something which would pretend to be our sclera. When i was thinking about this at first i thought it might be crazy and impossible but wait... people get artifical iris implants implanted in their eyes everyday, so why not this. I tried to dig more into this but i didnt find anything BUT i found this hilarious shit. People can get jewelry implanted into their eyeballs so may be small implant which would pretend to be our sclera isnt that crazy idea.

Sclera show isn't needed anyway.

It'd look weird as fuck. For me the most important is aesthetic outcome.
Compare both guys. One with small as fuck pfl and second with 99th percentile.

Horizontal sclera is needed, do not mistake with vertical.
