Weird Jaw Implant shape ?

Hi guys

i met a bunch of surgerons, they all tell me that it's not possible to put the implant at the very top of the ramus, but only at the 3/4 like in this picture.

But will not this give a broken ramus ? i mean a weird round gap between the zygo and the gonion ?

My main goal is to have a straight sharp ramus from the front and the side..

The simple question is : will this give a gap beetween zygo and gonions ? they tell me no but it's hard to believe looking on thoses scans..

So leaving a gap beetween zygo and gonions.

I just wanted a straitght ramus to match the zygo, to have a regular good male jaw

thoses implants only extend the bottom of the ramus, only the gonions.
So there's a gap beetween zygo and gonions..

The thing is, there are a lot things you are not considering. The masseter muscle, skin and more. The implants alone are not responsible for your look. I understand what you mean, but I believe you are missing a few things.

my probleme is : my jaw is so narrower than my zygos, that if i only get straights ramus , my jaw will still be narower than

The thing is, there are a lot things you are not considering. The masseter muscle, skin and more. The implants alone are not responsible for your look. I understand what you mean, but I believe you are missing a few things.

Well, it could look extreme, but there is no way of knowing without seeing the face. Implants alone can be deceiving.

it looks huge, but you know to be masculine the gonion have to be at least as same levels as the zygo.

Also on the scan the size looks huge, but its only 1.5cm in most cases...
