Weird Mewing lip swell

Ive tried suction mewing and after only 2 days ive realised that my lips swell in a weird way around the edges, in the pictures I encircled what i mean by that, is this bad? Is it a problem? I followed Dr. Mike Mews tutorial btw. (this one: )

In my mouth i also feel how i get "apht-like" spots cuz of the vacuum, please help me

Do a push type swallowing where you push your tounge aganist the palate whenever you swallow, dont suck
