weird mouth and jaw help?

so one side of my face is pretty lean with jawline showing but the other side is fat and bloated? i know im bloated it’s just weird that only one side is wonky. also my mouth is dominated by one side it’s like fully to the left. can i fix either of these? surgery or filler maybe?
