Paranasal something something. I have that same issue I hate, where the ala of the nose droops down due to no soft tissue support. Likely has to do with some downswinging and vertical maxillary growth. If you mannually press on your paranasal area to simulate tissue support, you can notice your nose will be slightly better looking.The change isn't significant, but it's still noticeable. What caused that? And is it cartilage or bone?
