Thanks man it just popped in my mind obviously it wouldnt be effective i thought you digestive system would just break it down and nothing would happen or it would be toxic in some way

Not really. Most peptides would just get broken down by your digestive system like protein, so drinking them usually wouldn’t give the same effect as injecting them.

there are some oral version of peptides in a pill/capsule/tablet form, no idea what the bioavailability is tho
