Weird recession

So I kinda realized that I have a recessed maxilla and a recessed mandable, the thing is I already have a pretty wide face and wide maxilla so how can I fix this because a marpe will not do the job (age 17 btw)

To fix a fucked recession like urs without adding width to ur maxilla u need a bsso combined with a lefort or for a non-surgical options like protraction facemasks with temporary anchorage devices like tads

No correlation, width/robustness is defined by your skull which is a giga fixed phenotypical trait, while projection comes from maxillofacial development and can vary depending on your habits

Your chin is good, need DJS (Lefort with net ccw + BSSO)
