Weird Ru58841 sides

I applied Ru 5% mixed in minox to my scalp, and after some time my chest started to feel tight, my heart beat increased and i felt dizzy all day. I didnt even know that something like this could happen after i started to search on internet and found that some guys feel the same after using Ru. What might be the cause of this shit, lots of guys use ru daily and doesnt seem to have any side effects
