Every time I take MSM i get vivid dreams and wake up multiple times at night

I had to take a break and it stopped, yesterday I resumed it and it started again

I don't really mind them that much, but has anyone else experienced this?

When I took msm I ended up astral projecting and getting into a fight with a grey alien

I wake up all the time too but my sleep quality hasn't been worse. When you're vividly dreaming you're getting REM meaning good sleep. Unless you're getting straight nightmares keep taking it

It also doesn't seem dose dependent, i get sides regardless of dose, but yeah I will continue taking it

I forget the specifics but stock answer is msm depletes/impacts certain micronutrients and how they’re used

I don't know about that but all in all seems like very useful supplement

"Rapid eye movement (REM) sleep is the deepest stage of sleep. As the name suggests, the irises of your eyes move rapidly during this stage. It is the fourth stage of sleep. This happens approximately 90 minutes after falling asleep."

Get off .org and learn some anatomy ASAP
