Actually the user base is increasing. Every week we will have at least 100 new registrations. Plus on a forum like this where it’s quite busy, not everyone is around at the time when needed to be. Often it can take a while for people’s complaints to be addressed because there can be too many for one person to go through all of it. Adding more moderators seemed like a good solution, I suppose.
