yea, 67 is not that old, based upon his posture and build I would say he had the physicality of an average 77 year old. A high probability he was a smoker and/or had diabetes. I am at least 25 years away from his level of physical condition. As I have said in the past, I will kill myself when I get to a point where I can not move around on my own. He was in a gray area, where he could move around, just slowly and his reflexes and strength were badly restricted, in that State you are at a greatly increased risk of assault, but realistically everyone, regardless of age or condition, is at some risk of fatal assault every time they are in close proximity to Kangz, all it takes is one bullet or knife in the right spot. He just happened to pull the short straw that day.

basically the prosecutor will say that the young man was subjected to harassment and was repeatedly and maliciously provoked, so the murder charge will be downgraded to involuntary manslaughter because as the video shows it was 99% the old man's fault. but further review will establish that it was really self-defense, because he feared for his life and had no choice and no other way to defend himself, and anyone claiming otherwise simply needs anti-racist training. so in the end the family of the evil old man will be forced to settle the case by paying the young man the symbolic amount of $250,000. Wendy's will also issue an apology and promote him to head of customer service
