Damn I’m not a specialist in addiction at all but I wouldn’t just accept it , the fighting urge to quit is always better then just jacking your want 5 times a day it doesn’t even feel good , so even if you can hold out a week and break that time you jerk after the break it will feel better just keep fighting

Yeah taking breaks between faps is even better. But tbh I think a fap a day is good to keep the sad away.
