Yeah 150 test is enough to keep muscle. With var you’ll probably gain muscle in a deficit and the reta will burn the fat off you
500 test with Dut and RU you’ll blow up
Any side effects? I dont want to have a limp dick or something like that and when I search up this stuff, jt says it messes with your ball size or whatever and thats why i havent started doing it
