2 hours of walking with mixed jogging and 30 min of either HIIT or formal weight training a day.

all cardio was in fasted state.
1 meal a day in the evening. Meat (turkey and veggies and cashews)

1-2 protein drinks a day.

keys to appetite - black coffee and carbonated soda.

supplement multi vitamin high dose vit d3 vit k2 and magnesium at njght.

hard to believe you lost 17-20lbs in just 10 days, I highly doubt that, but either way congrats

I didn’t lose that much weight. I lost a few lbs of water and maybe a pound of fat.

No clue. I tried to eat just enuff to hit 100g of protein a day

my only carbs were veggies and the rest was protein. Lean mostly with some cheese and cashew for flavor.
 
Also got a workout watch and made sure I did 10,000 steps per day.
 
Hey op just a question did you get any improvements on your face?
 
Btw it wasn’t really hard at all. After day 3 hunger goes away and the stomach feels full after smal amounts of food
