Started January 1st, I do about 400-500 deficit a day with one off day. No cardio. Now I'm doing two days off to wean off the diet and take a month break from April, then on to sub-10%.

Just be careful to not go too low, after a certain point getting lower bf will go into a point of diminishing returns and you will lose your youthful glow for a reddish hue.
