Context of the 1st pic: I grew up allergic to countless foods, so when I hit the age of 14, i started snacking and fucking up my diet. Along with heavy environmental stress while getting bullied and assaulted at home/school. I've always had a stressed looking face and horrible eyebags.

So to combat this I started doing hella "cope" methods like Eye pulling, Vollufine on around upper eyelids, castor oil, bae lash serum, sunscreen. Also Started a high protein and diet drinking 6 bottles worth of water every day,

I then started bonesmashing, particularly my zygo (specifically the upper prat of it to create the projected look, also helps with under eye support).
When I got comfortable I bought an Aerlang massage gun for my supras, ramus, and chin. Bone responds certain frequencies since frequency creates an electrical current the bone that causes calcium ions to shoot in the bone cells. Specifically 75Hz and an Aerlang massage gun goes up to 53Hz, Although it's lower it still gives me great results.

Sidenote: using a towel or napkin to keep the massage gun from destroying your skin, if using a hammer it doesn't rlly matter.

I can't really confirm this, but most bonesmashing results have come as a result of fibrosis. Which is the body placing down collagen/scar tissue in the area of trauma.

So maybe there was bone growth although it could just be normal pubertal growth. Alongside scar tissue.

Either way, good results.
