well, not jogging, running as fast as i could till i was about to vomit my soul out, ignoring all the pain, resistance and that ever-present urge to give up

the thrill of pushing your body to its limits is insane, better than everything from heroin and vodka to sex with attractive plump 20-year olds and brutally iq-mogging pompous fools in the courtroom

if i could repeat this at least once every two days, i'd never feel the need to cope with alcohol and those useless jew pills again

i think i finally understand gymcels who become religiously obsessed with working out now

Just keep running always. Next time combine it with sprinting and parkour or just basic fence climbing

I don’t run, lift weights, or do any sports. Like I said before, I wake up, play grand theft auto until it’s bedtime, drink about 4 monsters and eat a whole box of pizza. Working out is boring

I did competitive rowing 2 years ago and sometimes felt like my heart was about to explode. Peaking at 207 heartbeats/minute, literally at the edge of death by cardiac arrest.

I dont do that shit anymore though, drugs mog

Don't forget to read a philosophy book afterwards 😀

Jokes aside, you are right. Running is pretty euphoric

ok, that's quite extreme. you can achieve the high i described with less demanding activities. the funny thing is that it, ultimately, isn't even about pointless abuse of your body, it's about building your willpower. progress in strength, stamina and aesthetics are just bonuses. not to forget health benefits.

strong illegal mexican immigrant vibe with this one

but sprinting and HIIT training are great. better than walking or jogging at snail's pace for hours like a 90 yo

i know you are shitposting, but the sad reality is that's exactly me 90% of the time (in the last 5-10 years) and I hate myself for it

I run 2-4 times a week. The feeling after mogs weights, I do both but one is certainly more rewarding.

Most od the stuff you mentioned is true (willpower, stamina, aesthetics) except the health part, the only healthy activity for humans are those which put the least stress on your joints, muscles and nervous system, and thats simple walking or ideally walking slightly uphill like the centenarian greek islanders do for hours every day. But you won't have this high feeling you are describing now though, the reason you get that feeling is directly proportional to how much damage you do to your muscles and joints, causing your body to release a great amount of endogenous opoid substances and endorphins to remove any pain from damage, so you basically feel like if you got some heroin with a mix of cannabis in your system which does feel pleasant.

fair enough, noted. but you can't deny the benefits of physical activity (as long as you are not overdoing it)

i did have some minor knee-related problems when i managed to keep this regime consistent for longer periods of time a couple of years ago (running 10 km 3 times per week for 2 or so months)

---

autistic running still sucks ass compared to an intense 2-3-hour session of futsal or basket with my friends, tho, but it's harder to organize these when most people are busy with families, education, jobs and other duties

I was gonna disagree but then I remembered the time I had to chase a dog that I was watching all around the city as fast as I could because he escaped and it does feel pretty insane. Although not better than drugs or sex jfl

drugs mog in the sense that they give you an insane high without you having to do anything, but when you factor in how harmful they are for you, they are out of the picture

and sex isn't really that magical when you can easily get it. it's more about knowing (really knowing, deep down, from experience, and not because devansh from looksmax rated you a htn/chadlite) that you were lucky enough to be born as a man who's sexually attractive to sexually attractive women, and that you can capitalize on it without having to create elaborate plans on how to even get a woman to talk to you without cringing, let alone consider you as a sexual partner and, eventually, fucking you

Intense running like sprints are actually natural for humans to do when they would play intersocial competition with their mates, especially at times of prosperity where you would have so much overflow of energy that you don't even know how to spend it, its not stressful until it just suddenly is, which naturally makes you stop to catch a break and feel satisfied. But jogging for half hour or more every day is bad for everything except willpower, nothing makes you more disciplined then the masochistic nature of slow running (jogging)

completely agree. way too inefficient, unless you are a fucking 85 yo. analogous to lifting 5 kg dumbbells for hours when you can achieve much better results by lifting proper weight in low repetition sets.

👏 this is it, you cracked the jackpot

I feel overwight guys who lost the weight like me and you tend to have the most realistic sensible ways to do cardio. Walking moggs every other form of cardio, it’s steady state easy and causes the less damage but gives you the health benifits

What time do u go bed?

in the last couple of months, between 10pm and midnight

compared to 5-10 years before that, when my sleeping schedule was from 09 AM - 16/17 PM (typical for bottom of the barrel rotting losers)

---

my general goal regarding my lifestyle in this period of my life is:
- sleeping between 22 PM and 6 AM
- running 10 km after waking up, brushing my teeth and eating a healthy, light breakfast
- working in my law firm from 9 to 15
- resting for 2-3 hours (napping, checking the news, interacting with my girls/friends/family)
- running between 18-19 h
- visiting restaurants or other cultural events in my city between 20-22 h
- fucking the shit out of my girlfriends/fwbs after that
- going to sleep
that's my schedule roughly, of course there are days when i need to get my schedule adjusted

a lot of adjustments here, ofc, since the lawyering job entails a lot of unexpected twists

Yeah man, I try and do my best to sleep at 10 but most of the time end up at 11-11:30 or something it’s annoying because I wanna wake up early and get productive.

Elab? I was overweight?
I mistook u for somebody else.

But I was a fat fuck. And it was steady state cardio that got me in shape. If I did high intensity I’d have burnt out within 2 weeks due to fatigue cortisol and injuries. Walking for 1-2 hrs a day getting in 15k steps daily changed my life

I have a similar get up minus the girls and running I walk for 2hrs everyday minimum, and weightlifting 5-6 days a week my jobs remote mostly cos u do tech so it’s not a matter of me going in it’s a matter of me just being online and completing my minuscule tasks

But besides that it seems we have similar lifestyles. I have insomnia so I can only sleep 4-5 hours at a time prob due to my calorie deficit for my cut but I sleep at 12-1am

Completely understand this frustration from my earlier experience

Get ambien/zolpidem for falling asleep easily
