felt proud of myself, energized and mentally sane

told myself it was not that hard and that i was being a bitch for avoiding it for so long

promised myself nothing was gonna stop me from repeating that every or every other day till october at least

woke up at the same time today and decided to just sleep some more before going to work at 9:30

working out first thing in the day is legit, I wake up take a spoon of caffeine and lift fasted, the rest of the day feels great

always thought doing that would make me exhausted for the rest of the day (i'm not particularly smart, tho), but it turns out it's the opposite

no one ever does anything useful or important early in the morning anyway

gonna start doing this 2 x per day starting from tomorrow (6 AM and 18-19 PM), not even joking

time to man up since i'm -15% bf away from reaching psl 6.5 territory. feels fucking orgasmic to get eyefucked by 80% of women you cross paths with
