They said they have half pasteurized milk, and told us to pasterize at home.

Wtf does this mean?
 
It means it is not raw. It is likely that they boiled it but did not reach pasteurization temps

does this mean its better than shit you get normally?
If anything it may be worse. Rather get the whole thing done by professionals than myself.
