He confirmed my hair is indeed thinning, weakened and breaking a lo and most likely took a hit due to my severe allergic reaction months ago. Telogen effluvium like I expected

Nigga was balding himself and told me it most likely can't be reversed and also that men don't look good/mature with too much hair and it's natural part of life, and also told me not to take finasteride so I can prevent further thinning and keep my nw0-2 and instead told me to take a shitty biotin supplement as I expected before I walked into the clinic

Fuck.him, I'm switching to dutasteride and low dosing aromasin, I'll do whatever tf I want I basically give up on life at this point. I'm not risking losing any more hair

Seeing my NW 0 hair in the mirror in the only thing in the mornings that gives me the will to live. Fuck that guy and do whatever you can to save your hair man.

Each follicle contains your life’s essence.
With 0 follicles on your head your life is done and you are a walking corpse

Trichologist isn’t a doctor they can’t prescribe you shit they mostly just monitor hair loss over time, and if it’s really tellgen effluvium fin won’t help but it usually resolves itself, if it isn’t then it’s probably not TE. Go to a dermatologist for an actual opinion

he was a dermatologist idk why I said trichologist
If it's TE should I stop fin then and stick to topical minox + topic fin 0.1% solution?

If it really is TE and not Norwood related yea finasteride won’t do much, minoxidil may help get hairs out of telogen phase.

From your post it seems as if you have Norwood, could have both, if you are also actively norwooding then take fin

Weird that I have never seen the world Tricologist before in my life.

I think the shape of my hairline was a bit distinct to begin with but I'm noticing hair thinning, even on the sides actually
