Have you used anything to fix your sleep problems, or did going to university automatically fix it.

When I had university, sometimes I couldn't get up on time so I would just skip the lectures :hnghn:

I do have sleeping pills now because I asked for them. The doctor gave me a prescription because I asked for them (even though doctors don’t like writing out prescriptions). Turns out, they were benzos. But I’ve not used them yet. I fixed it naturally!

My sleep schedule is so fucked. I was going to bed at 10pm just a month ago. I’m cooked now.
I used to be like that as well but idk how. I managed to fix it. Lol, that reminds me, a few weeks ago I slept at 10 PM. For some reason, I just got really tired even though I had woken up at 4 PM. That helped my sleeping problems.

I had the flu on Sunday. :feelswah: So that was my day 1.
Miserable, hope you’re feeling better. The only reason I’m not fast asleep is because there is no melatonin in the house and I don’t have my car :feelswhy:

Sometimes I can do this, but not always. Yesterday I slept for 4 hours as well.
You need more then 7 hours sleep to rest and not get brain impairment :feelspepo: You won't even know it. It is kinda dangerous, so prioritize sleep over everything

Isn’t it different for everyone? Some people don’t need seven hours of sleep. I know I certainly don’t. I function best with less than 6 hours of sleep. That’s all I need. I can even function off of 2 hours of sleep, provided I wake up naturally and not through an alarm.

Yeah, I have periods like that as well! I think right now my nofap streak has me more energized so I am awake earlier now. If I go on a bit longer, I’ll only have 2-3 hours of sleep. That’s one of the reasons why I generally avoid nofap.

I had looked into it before and it said that not everyone needs 8 hours of sleep. When you say 7 hours, do you mean in a row? That only happens when I goon. XD currently I’m on nofap.

yeah not everybody needs 8hours because your not kid anymore, yeah in row, every day you should sleep 7 hours at minimum, trust me on this, in long term it's gonna help you avoid diseases and complications.

Once I break my nofap streak, I’ll be able to sleep more. I notice every time I’m doing nofap, my sleeping schedule is worse. My body is more energetic from all the testosterone and so I sleep less. In a few more days, I won’t be getting more sleep than 3 hours. Right now it’s already 4 and I’m only doing nofap for 5/6 days at this point. It’s one of the reasons why I don’t do nofap as it interrupts my sleep.
