Go to doctors and hope they can help. Try other treatments. I have prayed for myself and had others pray for me to heal my mind and make me NT. The only thing that has remotely helped is certain pills and therapy. And my grandfather was a pastor when he was alive and I used to hear all the time that prayer works. But when I tried it out it never did.

i been to the best doctors in this shithole country and they havent helped me at all, all i can do is try different meds and wait more. but i cant get different meds because they all require recipes from the same retarded doctors so i have to visit them again. fuck my life.
