As clinics have opened back up where I live, I booked my 1st appointment in my looksmaxing journey for undereye fillers. The area on my face that shows my age the most is what I want to attack first. I found a great doctor with solid male results that shaved 5 years off of even the ones with poor skin.
After evaluating my face, he says no, he cannot perform them on me unless I get a ton of cheek filler or a cheekbone implant, because my cheekbones are too lowset and not prominent enough to support the filler and keep it in place.
Back to square one.
has anyone heard of this being a thing?

I already told you your cheekbones appear low and are lacking prominence...

Do something about your hair/Hairline

Dye your eyebrows, beard, and hair

I will skipping this step altogether now. I’ll be visiting Taban for canthoplasty anyway for my NCT. now it looks like I’ll need orbital rim implants as well. But a lot of those results look uncanny to me..

I have dyed them all this week, at home with kits. Hairline, I’m on fin and I’m looking into systems
I did forget where you addressed the cheekbones, my bad.
Your advice has helped tons

would a fat graft have the same issue?

He said yes, with as poor placement as my cheekbone has, he’s not comfortable injecting or transferring because the risk of it migrating/looking lumpy is too high

unfortunate, listen to his advice and don't try to get in done anywhere else though.
maybe try hiding the tear troughs with a darker complexion and more collagen

Not sure tbh but looking at these before and after it does seem promising
looks like a solid improvement in the under eye area tbf but it wasn't that bad to begin with
her issue was more with the lids, Wouldn't bag on it fixing under eye, especially due to lack of support like OP's is

I’m visiting him for canthoplasty anyway, so yes I’m going to ask about doing infra orbital or whatever he suggests for the undereye area
That before and after makes me nervous, the whole colouring under his eye has changed. Makes me think he’s using makeup or retouching

Good luck with the surgeries.

Surely that's a chick in the before and after though?
coloring is a lil suspect though, I thought it looked kinda frauded myself

That's sad and I thought under-eye fillers are pretty basic and help anyone with dark circles, but I'm no expert and this is the thing -
Either he's sure it won't look good and cares about you
Or he just wants you to pay for more shit
