I started at this new MMA place, since I’ve done a bit of bjj and judo I sort of knew what I was doing. Coach puts me with some lanklet faggot, and he starts throwing punches at me while I’m on the bottom. I grab his wrist, sweep him and get on top and start smashing his face in, he turns and I take his back and sink a rear naked choke in.
I start doing this to quite a few people and the coaches are noticing and then put me with some lanklet. Again I take him down and eventually choke him out.
The coach then puts me with a guy who competes, and I put up a decent fight, we were grappling for ages, I get some takedowns on him and he gets some on me. He does eventually submit me.
Coach then approaches me asking for my name and shit and tells me to compete for them. He says I’m pretty athletic and co-ordinated so he wants me to compete in MMA. I agreed.
Random dudes in this gym (which btw is my second fucking day) know me and literally approach me to fist bump me and know my name. I got some clout at this gym jfl
