Was There to check my t levels and ask for treatment But he refused because he Said my levels looked normal (they are low). For anyone who didn’t read my previous thread I have low sex drive and can’t gain muscle No matter what I Do. I also feel like shit all the time. On top off That I’m a gynocel from puberty. Literally have all the low T signs and also have wide hips. He basicly told me That everyone was insecure about something and to accept my skinntfat Alien looking ass body. I litteraly trained for a year in the gym and didn’t gain any muscle. He also touched my balls for some reason and said they were normal size so treatment isn’t an option for me (wtf?). I’m gonna be injecting soon ion care Fuck this shit I have the most subhuman body on this entire forum

Like squats, bench, lat pulldown, bicep curla and some other shit don’t have it all in my head. Bascily train progressive overload With as heavy as I can for like 8 reps and 3 sets

Yes I tried deadlifts and shit aswell But not for long I hurt my back from it

182 cm and 68 kg currently. I look fat. Not sure how much I weighted back them quit training like 3 months ago.

don't quit bro you will only fuck it up more. just train 15-30 minutes a day. do it at home if you want. some push ups and pull ups is enough. also did you actually progress with weights in the gym?

Something tells me that you weren't overload progressing enough for muscle gains and that you lacked dedication.

I’ve tried fixing my diet eating a lot of protein mostly tbh. I didn’t have any vitamin deficiency accirding to the blood test. Haven’t tried any supplements yet

Talk to some older guys at the gym that are on trt and ask for their docs name or go online and find a doctor that is more liberal when it comes to prescribing trt. This is the safest as you’ll be getting bloodwork etc and your hormones will be optimized.
