I remember I was in something like it for about 4 years they would take me out of class when it was math and bring me to a more private part of the school
I remember feeling very anxious about it bc the windows were all covered and the door window was covered
They had me put on these headphones with like weird static hertz noises and like minor beeps it felt like my ears were being compressed
Then I would get asked to close my eyes and say the first number or shape that I imagined on their queue
Idk a lot of it is spaced out in my mind and I feel like I’m missing parts of it
It was just a weird experience for me bc how anxious I would feel in that room
