In the book the alpha beta gamma and delta boys are raised + programmed differently to fulfill their roles in society. The alpha boys are destined leaders whereas the betas have inferior intellect and generally belong to a lower class. Our genes already do this for us ex. betas are born short with lower iq worse looks and alphas are the ones who have it all. Your genes are your destiny and to escape them means that you're forging your own destiny which normies HATE because they want everyone to accept their designated role in society.
