As a kid I was heavily involved in sports, I was the 2nd best (mogged by a 5'10 bbc) sprinter in my school and was very talented in rugby. Because of my short size and speed I was stupidly agile often being able to side step even the most agile people. I played rugby for my school and an amateur team, I remember my school would literally give me free tickets to watch rugby matches too. I was geniunely a very talented left wing, my main weakness was my poor catching skills, but once I got the ball I was able to slip and dodge past many people. Even using my intelligence at times, when I had someone faster chasing me, I'd stop running and pause. This would throw them off and they'd continue running ahead, giving me enough time to slip and dodge again.

My mum made me drop out of rugby and I was inactive for a brief period from ages 15 to 17 - brutal tbh.

After that I became involved in sports again, working out and doing judo/bjj. My agility and fast speed is still there since I'm capable of doing things most people can't. My adherence to sports as a teenager (despite being ugly af) made me very NT and fairly popular. Sports build social skills and if you missed out on playing them as a kid, you potentially grew up to be an incel.

I would stand at the back of the line and let people pass me in sports, or take positions where there wasn't any interaction, even in highschool. I did play football for a few years when i was like 8 but was playing defense and don't think i got any action then either. Also went to like 3 games of social football in my first year of highschool

PE lessons/gym class doesn't count since you willingly didn't want to play. I'm talking joining a team or willingly put yourself there

i never really played sports till i was like 12

Nope, 0 hand eye coordination
unironically might be why you aren't NT, I got constant validation and compliments from adults and peers alike for my ability. I remember scoring a try (that's basically a goal) and old white dudes were cheering me on because I won the game for our team

Played college sports on a full-ride scholarship.

My parents socialized me terribly and my dad is a loser who plays video games all day, from birth i was taught to be socially retarded and play video games inside all day. My mother was also jehovahs witness and wouldnt let me make close friends because they did things connected to satan, i couldnt even keep hobbies with other kids because my mom thought pokemon cards was the devil trying to get to me. Sports wouldnt have done anything for me

My parents hated me playing sports as a kid, they'd often complain about it potentially injuring me and other shit. They did encourage me to stay indoors and play videogames. I remember I'd have friends knocking on my door asking my parents if I was allowed outside. Parents really did stunt my social growth but I still tried my best to push through tbh.

No pushing through with me no kids connected with me and i was also a child so the concept of pushing through didn't even come to me, I remember just walking around in circles in primary school and when teachers were walking near me I'd pretend i was playing tag with other kids and running around and looking behind me to make sure I don't get caught when in reality i was alone

Similarish to me in primary school, I had very few friends and not many people liked me because I was a major bookworm. I'd often spend lunch times sitting in the library reading books about trivia or biology. Imo primary school doesn't typically define you, it's what you do in secondary school post puberty which really sets the foundations

see I think that's really where things changed for me. I became super popular, but was very agreeable and a bit of a niceguy. Which I am today but I am actively working on improving. We can do this kings

I did a lot of tennis and track and field when I was a kid, was good at both

became an internet/video-game addicted nerd around the start of puberty though and didn't do any physical activity (other than in phys ed class) throughout the whole of highschool
