What Helped me was realizing I was the only one capable of helping me and set to work on becoming my
best self which first started around 2013 when I randomly got Introduced to CT Fletcher while scrolling Fitness
Content ( he was an OG Fitness Influencer during the 2010s era) started watching his videos along with others
and 3 years later got in decent shape,improved dating life and made more money which all compounded into me
essentially shattering my old Mental Habits

Moral of the story is Life is a Marathon not a Sprint

It depends if its because of an isolated incident like your family getting into an accident or if its because you just hate your life.

I had a fairly good childhood but I was kind of always prone to it I think
couple of traumatic events could have set it off but not sure

I am severely depressed and have been for a long time. Meds didn't really help and had a lot of bad side effects, so I just deal with it. If you make too much noise about it you just end up in a psych ward anyway. No one wants to hear shit about it.

If you take care of yourself like Religiously take care of yourself you can postpone aging up until 40
Youre barely even a Man at 21 and should be using your Youth to develop Your Social Skills/Finance/Fitness etc
and become a Boss in your Late 20's - 30's.

Youth is a Stumbling and Falling Process no one is ever meant or designed to be perfect in their early years contrary
to what Blackpillers would have you believe about muh Teen Love
