Most new generation west africans are quite tall, at least from the ones I've interacted with.

For example I know a Ghanaian with a 5'8 father yet he's managed to reach 6'1 with his brother being 6'3.

They are also quite friendly have to agree with you there.

Probably nutrition and proper sleep that brings out the height genes better.

Also might just be a rare case, but tbh i forsure think they are some of the tallest on average. Strong too.
