I can finally say now, without any uncertainty that Nocturnal Emissions aka Wet Dreams show not the same, but similar results to a full on relapse.
For Context; 21 days ago I had my first ever wet dream and was unclear if benefits would disappear or not.
Well, they did.
Social Anxiety and that Hopeless outlook of life came back but it wasn't as heavy as when I consciously relapse via masterbation.
Life after a wet dream feels like being stuck on a flatline. You arent fully drained but you aren't full either so it feels confusing
Im 20 days post the wet dream, and feel back to normal or even better. The depression is fully gone and i feel an abundance of energy.
I can doomscroll excessively and go outside and not experience any social anxiety. (Not recommending you do the same, I just did this to sorta experiment whether social anxiety was due to something neurological lol)
Anyways, just my insight on this from my experience, yall should totally hop on sr
