What 1 month of gym does to me

Hello, this is my current post after 1 month off from org. So basically i want to share my journey of my gym. So in September 11 2026, i posted about growing my height from 152cm to 155cm. My biceps grow more large now, and my height grow from 155 to 158. Total 4 months of gym? maybe i forgot. And my frame grow more wider (basically just doing shoulder training). I cant post a pic yet because it just the same as before but with some slight difference. Im coming back after 6 months
