What 5'10 and 210 lbs looks like

My mum told me she would kill herself if she ever weighed more than 60kg (132lbs) she is 5'4 jfl.
I'm talking a 5'10 female should weigh around 160 lbs. Not a well built man

I am currently 273 lbs down from 308 lbs in Nov 2020.
well at least you lost some weight bro
but you could definitely lose weight faster like way faster and have it still be healthy

Ok yes I would like advice.

first use this site to calculate your bmr and take off about 500 calories based on activity level

next you will want to take that amount of calories and make sure you follow it daily religiously until you stop losing weight on it

make sure to actually properly track this using a food scale and myfitnesspal as those two together will help you majorly and id say its even a must for tracking food intake properly.

then next you should find a good full body plan for beginners and stick to it for 6 months - 8 months
this will help you build muscle while you lose fat as people who have higher body fats can make insanely major gains while on weight cuts.
