Imagine it with talking about wars. "ppl getting killed" is mentioned so often and its not that of a "wow" moment anymore. But when you actually see what it looks like when a person gets killed then you really know how bad war is.

I suppose its the same with surgery. Its super funny and a meme whilst watching all the 3D animations, but actually watching them is different.
