What a shit fucking day (diary entry)

- Woke up at 12pm, already a terrible start to a failed day
- Called user support of a company to get back $300 they stole from me, they told me to kill myself which spiked my cortisol sky high
- Raged and smashed my keyboard
- Coped with copious amounts of sugary and junk food to the point of force feeding because I'm on semaglutide
- Ignored friends when they asked me to go out because I was depressed and run down
