i dont want and never will get limb lengthening thats why im looking at something else, also im doing as many softmaxxes as i can (all non prescription supplements that can help + exercises + 10 hours sleep) but I feel like my genetic ceiling will be too low so thats why im trying to use other methods (mid parent height - 169cm, my height - 172cm)
