I saw some people claim ED is a rare, unlikely side effect. With that said, there's tons of people saying it does indeed cause ED in them, possibly even that post-finasteride erectile dysfunction.

I can imagine doctors ignoring that fact because it doesn't fall into category of what they call ED. Sort of, "if you can somehow make it hard, you're fine", just like they do with T levels (total T 200 ng/dL? That's still in normal range, you're as manly as it gets!).

I'm having a little issue with loss of hair at this point due to factors unknown. I can't rely on USSR medicine and gotta do something. If I'm going to receed further, I'd better be on fin to prevent that for the meantime.

Stopped antidepressants because of ED mainly, and scared to death of PSSD.

not trying fin and letting yourself go bald is one of the dumbest things you could do in 2021

say if there was a maintenance treatment in 2025 that doesn't affect hormones, you'd be screwed because you're hair's already gone. whereas if you were to take fin you could just switch.

afaik antidepressants actually commonly cause ED. fin does not.

I know that I can stop fin any time. But I can't imagine how freaked out I'll be if I get PFS.

Reasons why I'm doubting at all are:
* I have absolutely no balding genetics in my ancestry that I'm aware of
* I likely receed due to side health issues

Now, since I started TRT recently, I have all the worries going through my head. I've been already doing the minox + dermaroller combo. Not sure if that'll be enough.

Not even sure if balding doesn't progress undercover while you cope your follicles with minox and dermarollers. Imagine going on vacation once, coming back to see full-fledged norwood 2 a.k.a. cemetery trip.

don't risk fin at the very least if your not balding yet. PFS is no joke, once you have it your probably fucked for life (the rest 60years on this planet with low life quality, no matter how much superficial shit you get).

Exactly. I am balding. I receeded a bit last year or a half of that. Noticeable for me.

When I pinch crown hair with my fingers they they get torn off. Just did that in fact.

I hope I stay at the initial phase forever as expected from non-predisposed people.

Fuck I'm worried as fuck. ED is a death sentence for me.

ED is the least of your problems if you catch PFS.

If your slowly balding, its fine - just get a hair transplant when necessary.

Small price to pay (9k dollars or something) to avoid the risk fucking your whole life up permanently.

Should I expect balding to stop, you think? Let's say I'm getting hair transplant at some point. Wouldn't the receeding continue where it was at the moment of transplant? Imagine full crown of hair and a giant-ass baldcel spot on the top of the head.

Anyway, if you're an aspie scientist, aware me on balding process. Like, if I prevent receeding with minoxidils, dermarollers and such, do the follicles continue to die out undercover all the way to the back of the head while I'm taking care of the crown?

Im not an aspire scientist on balding, I just have terrible first hand experience with Fin.

If your slow balding, HT can help you look good another 5-10 years, before you might need another one for the rest of balding behind the HT. This should keep your hair decent at least till your 40s if your not balding aggressively.

Brutal, buddyboyo. Brutal.

Imagine being low-T and then the nature itself commands you to bald if you TRTmaxx.

Consider yourself lucky. Even if that goes for 90% of people.

There are posts on reddit where guys share their ED story after literally month+ of taking fin.

Well, I hope I'll be there too if I start fin. God this is bullshit.

What if your PFS anyway?
No happiness in life anymore, suicidal, lost my personality pretty much (become much less creative, talkative, positive, funny, dont laugh at shit, more introverted). Also nuked my dick permanently even after being off Fin for about a year now.

Sounds like low T to me.

I'm having permadepression and late years low T on top of that. Not taking SSRIs 'n shit, hopped on TRT.

Did you measure T levels?

0% risks, don't exists.
Alot of people are such "copers" nowadays, when it comes to RISKS.
Also with that that Corona stuff, some people are Super SCARED peoples. With it's 1.4% or whatevers death rate. Peoples want risk free bubble lives?? what a cope, we're gona die, and risks are all around us every day. Deal with it, peoples

I take a 1% risk, any day of the week.

And by the way

I will be young forever.
Forever Young. Die Young, or life forever Young.

Seriously, get your T levels checked. Mine were 550+ two years ago. A week ago I did a test and found out I'm @ 280.

Hopped on TRT 4 days after.

I'm willing to take that risk at some point. Not now. I'd rather have a risk of permanent lowering of T than ED. You can treat testosterone, but ED that comes from rewired brain seems to be over-inducing.

Ssris definitely cause ED and an inability to orgasm. It makes you good at getting to sex (good mood, positive energy, confident etc) but when it's time to have sex you legit can't seem to get or stay horny. I'll never use ssris again there are better alternatives

Yeah everybody is getting lower thanks to this lockdown tbh, that could be contributing to my PFS symptoms, the fact I started taking Fin just as the covid pandemic began.

Although I have spent time rotting for years pre-covid without these issues.

since it was the first test i ever did, i‘m trying to see what i can do to naturally increase it within 3 months (before my next check-up)

i barely did any sports, was borderline anorexic, didn‘t sleep particularly well and could also be lacking nutrients.

i‘ll hit you up in PMs, looking into TRT as an alternative if i don‘t manage to fix it naturally

Even if you do, I'd say hop on it regardless of whether or not you'll succeed. I doubt your natural T is an acceptable 700. Likely less.

Take vitamins and eat properly for a week. Sleep 8 hours. Don't workout. You want to imitate your passive state since that is your baseline.

aren‘t work-outs supposed to increase testosterone production?

also my case was a bit special because i had a high LH value which suggest that the my body notices the low t and sends signals to produce it but can‘t for some reason

That's exactly why I didn't workout before blood test. I want to fix my baseline, know what my T will be at times when it's needed the most (long workcel sessions, for example). Want to know it at my lowest provided I'm eating something and not severely deficient.

I always recommend people use non-ssri antidepressants first. Bupropion is a great one and it's technically a stimulant and increases libido. Saffron also helps a lot and it also makes me horny. Why doctors or practitioners prescribe SSRIs as a starting drug treatment is beyond me, it's like they want to ruin people's sex lives lol

Bupropion.. Triggers me so much. It's not available in USSR. Banned.

Same goes for Adderall or any legal amphetamines. Bupropion isn't even an amphetamine, still banned.

what do you think made your levels drop from 550 to the 200 range?

also if i can just work out on the side while working the office job, which i should be doing regardless for aesthetic reasons, and fix my levels by doing that i‘m fine with it.

don‘t really want to risk my fertility and hair with trt tbh, not while i‘m in my 20s

Health issues most likely. Hard to fix and even know them in USSR. Hence TRT, I have to function not when I leave the shithole, but now.

You're not risking fertility. It does drop, likely to 0, while you're on it, but when you stop you're fertile again. Add to that PCT and you'll be fertile much faster, and have little discontinuation symptoms period. Or use PCT (hCG) while injecting TRT so you remain fertile and keep your natural T production, but a bit boosted.

I like it a lot it's way cleaner feeling than adderall. But it doesn't affect serotonin so if someone's problem is serotonin it might not work for depression

Fin reduces erection quality in all males, but cialis/viagra can probably make up for it. Also most guys won't notice as long as it's kinda "hard", and it's worth it to keep hair.
